·    The location, placement, and spacing of EV chargers within its public spaces and in relation to adjacent infrastructure.

·    Information and communication factors  of user interaction with the device (physical and digital) to be considered for locating and operating accessible public EV chargers.

2.2   Out-of-scope  

·    Private  non-public EV chargers and environments, including fleet vehicle charging points.

·    Specific materials used within a EV charger.

·    Charging rates (W or kW), charging and parking fees, and software for payment methods.

·    User and personal safety, although some best practices are suggested.

·    Parking policy related to restrictions and planning policy related to the proportion of designated accessible parking spaces.
